North-East All Progressive Congress youths withdraw support from APC Vice president, Senator Kashim Shettima.
The youth stakeholders forum has frowned at Shettima’s behavior over his nonchalant attitude to issues afflicting the party in the zone.
The North-East APC youths forum which prides itself on those who advocated that Shettima be made APC Vice president lament that Shettima’s lackadaisical attitude has made him lose 3 Million potential votes of its members.
However, the acting Chairman of the Forum, Hon. Shaibu Baffa Tilde in a statement on Thursday in Abuja said they will continue to support the party’s presidential candidate, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu.
Furthermore, the North-East acting chairman expressed “deep regret and concern” about the fortunes of the party in the Northeast.

In contrast, the Deputy Spokesperson for the All Progressives Congress Presidential Campaign Council, Barr. Hannatu Musawa has said that she has not been briefed on such development.
