Peter Obi has sued the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Senator Bola Ahmed-Tinubu, and the All Progressive Congress to court.
Recall that Peter Obi spoke in a Press Conference on March 2, 2023 saying that Labor Party won the election and he will prove it.
In addition, Peter Obi has sued INEC and APC to the Presidential Election Petition Court Holden in Abuja.
