Uche Ekwunife accepts defeat, Congratulates Umeh over victory in Anambra Central
Senator Uche Ekwunife, the senator representing the Anambra Central Senatorial District and senatorial candidate of the PDP has accepted defeat and congratulated Victor Umeh who emerged winner of the election.
Victor Umeh won Anambra Senatorial District with 103,608 defeating the Candidate of APGA, Dozie Nwankwo and Uche Ekwunife.
With this, he would be representing his people in the 10th Senate.
Uche Ekwunife, in her congratulatory message stated that she had accepted the outcome of the election and urged members of her constituents and critical stakeholders to support the senator-elect.
Furthermore, the Statement expressed gratitude to God for his guidance and protection throughout the long and intense campaign season.
The senator further appreciates members of her campaign organisation, various support groups and individuals who worked tirelessly in support of her candidacy.
Also, she urged her people to accept the outcome of the election in good faith, assuring Ndị Anambra Central that the outcome of the election will not dampen her spirit and desire to offer them quality and effective representation in the remaining months of her stay in office.
In addition, she reiterates her commitment in finishing strongly in line with her promises to the people of the zone.
